Dividend Payment Delayed

Dear Shareholders,

I wish to begin by sincerely apologizing for the delay in the payment of your dividends, which were originally scheduled to be disbursed today, 31 July 2025.

?Regrettably, due to internal delays, the cheque was only issued and delivered to our local banking institution yesterday, 30 July 2025. Based on standard banking procedures, clearance is typically expected within 3-5 or 5–7 business days, and possibly up to 7–10 business days depending on the amount and the bank's internal processing timeframes.

?Please rest assured that the payment is actively being processed and that we are monitoring the situation closely. I will provide a further update by next week or sooner once I have received formal confirmation from the Accounts Department and the bank.

We truly appreciate your continued patience and understanding, and we apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused.
