The Anguilla Electricity Company Limited invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of GIS Coordinator in the Transmission and Distribution Department.

Main Functions, Duties & Responsibilities of the position include:

1. Lead the GIS group

2. Conduct complex work important to the organization, provide training, and mentor less experienced peers

3. Administer ArcGIS Enterprise infrastructure

4. Oversee GIS projects and workload with the GIS team

5. Assist with Project management, workload and projects.

6. Administer ArcGIS Enterprise infrastructure

7. Assist with reviewing, refining and improving GIS processes and developing efficiencies

8. Design, automate and develop complex GIS workflows and systems

9. Perform complex data conversions to meet workflow requirements

Qualifications, Requirements & Experience:

*Associate's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in GIS or related field AND at least three (5) years of experience in a GIS position using design, and implementation of the GIS program including database management, data quality control, and content creation; OR *Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university with major coursework in GIS or related field AND at least two (3) years of experience in a GIS position using design and implementation of the GIS program including database management, data quality control, and content creation. * 5+ years of experience in GIS. * Hands-on working knowledge of Esri ArcGIS desktop software, including ArcMap and ArcPro. * Familiar with GPS data collection and data management, including Collector for ArcGIS.
